What is energy healing?

Energy healing is a non-invasive healing modality that is used to get the body back into alignment. It does not involve any physical touch. Different emotions are stored in different places in the body. For instance, resentment can be stored in the back solar plexuses. Over time, these emotions start to manifest as physical ailments including chronic pain, muscle tension, skin conditions, or disease. Energy healing helps to get the body back into its natural alignment.

What can I expect in an energy healing sessions?

Energy healing sessions typically run 45 minutes and are conducted via Zoom. For the best experience, find a quiet place where you can lie down and won’t be disturbed. You will also need access to audio to hear my cues and the music. Based on your needs, I’ll use a combination of breathwork and energy healing to get you the best results for transformation.

What modality do you use?

I am a Pranic Healing Level 3 practitioner, Pause Breathwork Somatic and Advanced Energetics Coach, and a Spinal Energetics practitioner. I tailor each session to the individual based on the results you are looking for. You may also request a specific modality.
